Laser scanning as Living Art in Trafalgar Square, London:
News copied from Linkedin Laser Scanning Group
I've made a short film about the GLS-1000 scanner on a trip to
London to take part in a living art exhibition in Trafalgar Square
called One and Other. Members of the public are invited to spend one
hour on a stone plinth high above the street and perform anything they
like.
Andrew Evans of Topcon Europe made the journey and produced some
fantastic scans of this historical site. Note that the backpack
contains the laser scanner, proving that the GLS is the original all in
one, robust scanning solution.
